Mantra Singing Circle

You're welcome to join us on Thursday, August 15, for a very special evening of singing mantras together under the beautiful guidance of Mantra Amrita. You can join us if you have done many kirtans before, but you're also super welcome when you have never chanted a mantra before.

Mantras are Sanskrit verses repeatedly sung or chanted. They act as a focal point for the mind, allowing you to enter a meditative state more easily. From a scientific point of view, singing stimulates the vagus nerve that runs through the throat. This nerve plays a key role in finding ease and relaxation. For me, chanting mantra is often one of the most accessible ways to come back to a state of peace, grounding, and contentment.

If you're curious, come join us at the Holistic Healing House! We'll sing for about 90 minutes and then treat ourselves to healthy, sweet snacks, tea and a community chat.
