We support you in developing a more loving relationship with yourself, others and nature by drawing upon the wisdom of yoga, Ayurveda, intuitive dance, psychotherapy, sound healing, nature and community

Thursday Gatherings

We gather every Thursday evening in the Holistic Healing House to explore different pathways to wellbeing. We take the time to connect to our inherent wholeness and, from there, with our community and the earth. 

Women’s Circle

We come together as women under the dark sky of the new moon to slow down and reflect. We connect to our bodies and look back at the month that has passed, express our gratitude and release what's no longer serving us. From there, we'll reflect upon what we want to invite into our lives and set intentions for the month ahead. After embodying that, we'll nourish each other with our presence in a sharing circle. To close the circle, we'll have crystal singing bowls amplifying our intention. To top it all off, we'll have healthy, delicious snacks and drinks to nourish our physical body. 

Fluid Flow

This class is a more dynamic blend of yoga and free movement with solid philosophical underpinnings. You get to experience the structure that yoga asana brings while also experimenting with intuitive dance. You're invited to discover the fluidity of your body moving and the juiciness that this brings. Allow your inner divine energy to move you while staying centred in consciousness. Enjoy a healthy snack and community chat afterwards. 

Rest and Restore

Treat yourself to a relaxing evening combining restorative yoga and sound healing. This restorative yoga class is designed to help you leave the daily stress behind and encourage your nervous system to return to a safe and calm state. We will further wind down with an extra-long savasana in which you are treated to a sound bath with crystal singing bowls. You're invited to let the vibrations of the bowls carry you into a blissful state of deep rest. Enjoy a healthy snack and community chat afterwards. 

Guest Teachers

Once a month, we invite a guest teacher into our community to share their wisdom. You can expect embodied song circles, cacao ceremonies, mantra circles, embodied movement classes, etc. You can find an overview of the upcoming guest teachers in the schedule.
